**All of the dogs in the potential adoptive home must follow the above holistic regime.

 The Adopter/Foster recognizes that although Cavalier Rescue Midwest has made every possible effort to provide a Cavalier that is compatible with the Adopter’s home environment, they do not warrant temperament or behavior of said dog. The Adopter/Foster agrees that Cavalier Rescue Midwest is in no way liable or responsible for any damage, accident or injury resulting from the placement of this Cavalier in the household. If the said dog were to bite/scratch in which medical attention is required, the adopter will be responsible for cost involved. If the said dog is deemed dangerous, said dog will immediately be turned over to CRM to determine the next steps. Adoption donations are none refundable after 3 days from adoption.
