Gilmore is a 1.5 year old English Toy Spaniel who was lucky enough to be rescued from a breeder shut down by another breeder who learned of the situation and then released to CRM. He is a bit shy and not so sure of the world around him, esp humans. He will need a human that is patient and will allow Gilmore the time needed to blossom. I guarantee the reward will be worth it! Gilmore currently lives with other dogs and will be best with an easy going dog. He will require a secure physical fenced yard as he will easily find a way to roam and will not be easy to recover. Gilmore will sink into a sit with his one paw up as a surrender. He took easily to his raw diet and does great with the mine pet platter with his flatter face. Gilmore has been neutered and his undescended testicle was retrieved. He is still sporting a belly band most of the time and learning the rules of inside living.

Cynthia is the epitome of a wonderful girl! Described as sweet, loving, yet a bit independent! Tia, as we call her, is happy to be with her human as well as snuggling with her foster brothers and sisters, she has yet to meet a cat or young human. House training is coming along well for a girl who is not used to living indorrs in her previous life. Tia does have luxating patellae (both knees) but does not show symptoms, however, a ranch tyle home or one with very few stairs might do her best later on in life, she currently easily navigates stairs...esp the ones getting into the bed! She does sleep in the bed with her human but will easily run into a crate with the others when told it is bedtime. Cavaliers are companion dogs and thrive being with their human, long hours away would not suit Tia. Our girl is losing weight but still requires a mindful owner to continue this journey for better overall health and is enjoying her raw diet and eating from the Mine Pet Platter. Tia is heart clear at this time.
Tia was spayed and have a dental with 7 extractions on 09/20/2022 and if all goes as planned, will be ready for her new home in approximately 2 weeks.

Pumpkin fits her name! What a darling little girl! Pumpkin is a retired breeder release. She easily fits into the home with other dogs and you can find her just snuggled up as if she always belonged. Pumpkin has been spayed and received a much-needed dental with extractions. She is noted to have a grade 4 luxation of rt patella on intake, this surgery has been completed and she has recovered well. Pumpkin is still on a bit of a weight loss journey and will required an adopter dedicated to the same journey. As with most Cavalier, she prefers to be with her human and will not do well with long periods of time alone.

**ADOPTION PENDING**
Notes from Nova's foster Mom:
Nova is a sweet little lady who wants to know where her person is at all times. She does not like people moving towards her, and is a little shy, but she loves chin scratches and belly rubs once she realizes you are okay. She is not much of a snuggler with people, but does enjoy a comfy bed near you. She has not had any accidents in her foster home and has great recall. She needs work walking on a leash, as that makes her real nervous. Nova lives with other dogs and cohabitates with them well. She has not been exposed to cats or other small house pets. A fenced yard is preferred as Nova does scare easily. She is very food motivated and waits patiently when her raw food is being prepared.
Nova is the perfect, mild mannered lady!

After a long journey to become healthy, Penny finally is and ready to find that perfect home! Penny Lane does have EPI (exocrine pancreatic insufficiency) and insulin dependent diabetes. What does this mean for Penny? it means Penny Lanes's pancreas is not functioning, she does not have the enzymes to proper breakdown and digest her food nor does her body make insulin. These are easy fixes! Peny's raw food must have enzymes added and incubated prior to eating and then receives an insulin injection at each meal. I have to say, Penny Lane is not a fan of the injection but it is quick and the insulin has completely turned her around...once at a bit over 8lbs, she now is nearing 12lbs! Penny lives with other dogs, however no experience with cats or young children. She will require a home where an adult is home most hours, a physical fence is required and children over 10 yrs and respectful of dogs is a must.

**MEDICAL HOLD**
Alexa was released by her breeder after multiple attempts at resolving what appeared to be an Upper Respiratory Infection.
Over the last several months Alexa has had more x-rays than can be imagined, her lungs appeared to hace permanent scaring, then pneumonia, then cleared and now back to fragments in her lung fields and continuing on a very aggressive antibiotic regimen. Alexa has had a nagging non productive cough that too, comes and goes. She has been tested and ruled out fungal infection and because she will respond to antibiotics, viral infection ruled out as well. our next step will be a tracheal wash if no improvement. Alexa also has dry eye and she broke out with demadex mange which is very indicative of an immunosuppressed dog. She is currently being treated and responding well.
In spite of all of this and all of the poking and prodding, Alexa is the sweetest girl ever! She is a master cuddler and lover. Alexa loves her fellow doggie friends and her favorite play is chase around the pool!
Look for further updates and when Alexa might be ready to join her new home.
Donations towards Alexa care can be made right on our website! thank you much!

Oliver is looking for his perfect forever home! Oliver was surrendered by his breeder related to failure to thrive. He does have a mild open fontanel, significant overbite and undescended testicles (which means his neuter surgery will be more complicated). Oliver has been eating his raw naturally sourced diet with raw goat milk, cow kefir and fish stock wonderfully on his mine pet platter and is continually gaining weight and growing. Oliver is small for his age at 6 lbs. He is all puppy, playing nonstop with the other puppies! Another active dog would make the best home. He has all of the traits of a puppy, chewing, chewing, chewing! Oliver is working very hard at house broking and will require a home with someone home most hours and able to take him out very often (at least every 2 hrs). Children in the home must be over 12 yrs old and very dog savvy and gentle.
UPDATE 07/29/2022
Oliver's fontanel closed! He does have an enlarged heart but no murmur, he takes 1/2 of a lasix twice daily and since then no symptoms of enlarged heart. Oliver has also been neutered and undescended testicle removed with success. Oliver is maturing emotional as any other puppy. He is a true success story and an example of the dedication of our fosters and organization. He is still looking for a home with a family member home most of the day, work at home or stay at home adoptive parent is ideal. He would love the company of another dog who he can play with and not become bored which then leads to unwanted puppy antics! A fenced yard has proved to be a life saver and he whips about in play!
UPDATE 10/22/2022
If you are a follower of CRM, you will know Oliver has had quite the journey and a very successful one at that! He has received excellent care in one of our critical care fosters and is thriving perfectly. 11 months ago we had a very grim diagnose but he beat the odds! He is small in stature for his age but he makes up for it in personality! Oliver absolutely loves his people and spends a lot of time right with them. He also is a great playmate for another active small dog!
Could you fill the shoes for such a gem?
